Those who live near Istanbul or who travel there as a collector purchase even more expensive things such as glazed tiles, brassware, leather apparel,pottery, and hookah pipes. Shopping is almost like a tradition in Istanbul. If you are a historian or possibly just enjoy viewing history of the city you are in then visiting a museum or two while you are there can be very exciting. The Istanbul Modern Museum houses several big tourist attractions such as photo galleries, exhibition halls, a cinema hall, as well as video art.
